Short Explanation

Xplore aims to simplify the exploration of viral and trending news for audiences on a weekly basis, while also boosting Grid Network's media content and articles in one go.

Project Goals

Streamline the user experience for accessing pages while delivering personalized content from Grid Network's media to both male and female audiences. Target audiences will be acquired through our website and social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. To enhance Grid Network's audience engagement, we'll employ push notifications and article gates. Our goal is to increase page views by directing traffic to the original page articles.

The Problems

The prevalence of social media has reduced reliance on traditional means of obtaining news organically, with readers now favoring shorter attention spans online. As reported by Time Magazine, the average reader spends just 15 seconds on a webpage. Furthermore, readers tend to scan text, finding comprehension easier when focusing on key words or sentences.

Tech Stack Used

  • Next.Js
  • Tailwindcss
  • Laravel

The foundation of this project centers around the powerful integration of Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Laravel. We utilize Next.js and Tailwind CSS for their exceptional developer-friendly features and remarkable loading speed, which greatly facilitate the creation of dynamic websites. Notably, Next.js simplifies data management by housing all data within JavaScript files, seamlessly integrating it into the respective page. This structured approach streamlines updates or modifications; tweak the data, and the markup naturally aligns accordingly.
